Administrative Services—
MapleData has a knowledgeable staff on hand to help administrate and maintain your server.

Regular administration rates are $95 per hour billed on 1/2 hour increments. Blocks of time can be purchased at a discounted rate on monthly basis.

All system administration will be performed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central time (Indiana Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. All administration performed outside of these hours will be billed at $190 per hour.

Extended Service Plans

Dedicated managed or self managed service retainer
These plans are a way for our customers to ensure support for their self managed servers, to allow freedom of custom applications with the support of our experienced staff to back you up in case of problems. This budgeted amount of support guaranteed each month.

Monthly service retainers paid 6 month in advance

1 hour service	$  93 month
2 hour service retainer	$180 month
5 hour service retainer	$420 month
10 hour service retainer	$750 month

1. All servicing will be done during standard business hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Indiana time Monday-Friday. Only tasks involving server outages or pre scheduled server maintenance will be performed after hours

2. All Service incidents are considered a minimum of 15 minutes. All time are in 15 minute increments

3. Additional support is billed at standard time and material hourly rate.
